The album has sick lyrics from Royce, really sick lyrics and really sick flows, in terms of technical lyricism Royce been one of the best at it for a lil bit now. But the beats and songwriting/concepts leave a lot to be desired. The beats are fairly generic lower-mainstream type beats from 5 years ago that don't support Royce's charisma and lyricism. Its still a good album, but it could of been a great album. Best tracks are Legendary, Writer's Block, Second Place, and On The Boulevard.
