I never heard of Roc C but I downloaded this album and I gotta say that I didn't like it. Production was coo. Lyrics were coo. I just can't dig his delivery like he didn't know how to catch the beat or something.

His rhyme scheme/Delivery is definitely a little off. Kind of like the Chino XL of stoner rap lol. just doesnt have good rhythm. Only listened to this one maybe twice. not much of a replay value.
