5th Letter- What were some of your favorite moments from that era
KillaCham- So many. Specific to The Reason some of my favorite moments have to involve the different cliques. G-Ministry - the group of G-Unit stans that would just run wild all over The Reason. They would make tons of G-Unit threads but the Unit was so boomin back in those days that most of the threads were legitimate and mods couldn't close em. They were so hated at one point that they were given their own sub-section of The Reason. Now that's power. The ORIGINAL FPC was the shit too. A little after I first started, me, The_R_, this chick Naomi, Bob Loblaw.. and maybe Phil.T.Rich & Space Cowboy would go into wack threads and just post "freepost" or spark up random conversation that had nothing to do with the thread. We would do it for no other reason than to shit on your thread and to boost our post count. They started banning people for it though so we had to chill.A memorable thread was the Cam'ron vs. 50 Cent thread. We bumped that thread consistently for close to or even over a year until mods tried to hide it by merging it with a "What Happened to Obie Trice?" thread but we found that shit. A specific classic moment/thread I can thnk of is the "Niggamon" card thread. Shoutout to @ BOSS KTULU for this one. We would make Pokemon-style cards of rappers and other celebrities, giving them special moves, weaknesses, and resistances. Here is a link of the cards I was able to salvage, for your viewing pleasure
5th Letter- How old were you when you joined the IC
KillaCham- I was mad young man. Despite being here over 10 years, 30 is not right around the corner for me. I won't reveal my age, but I'll give you a hint: when Foxy Brown's "Hot Spot" video came on BET, I was forced to leave the room until it was over. I was too little
5th Letter- You have some certain super powers how were they obtained
KillaCham- Haha we can't say the word "phish' anymore? Phishing was my shit. It's easy to do and people are idiots. Contrary to believe, I didn't learn to phish from OffThaTop or Choice, I did from My_nameaintearl/Augie. Old school Donkey heads will remember him. A little bit after I joined the IC he would introduce me as Cousin Chammy and he had a hand in bringing me into the Lufa Kang Kongs... the topic of the LKKs can take up an entire new interview. He taught me how to make the fake html pages and everything. A funny story... I had organized a phishing project (flexing my management skills) called Oceans 7...based on the Oceans 11 casino heist movie. Me and 6 others raided.. erm, another hip-hop site, along with 2 other websites on a phishing heist. I made the links and mapped out who went to which site and we simultaneously made threads for Lil Wayne's Carter III, T.I.'s Paper Trail "leaking", and the Incredible Hulk movie. It was the perfect setup. We ended up with HUNDREDS of Rapidshare and Megaupload accounts bro. Those shits were like gold back in the day. But yeah Earl/Augie is cool peoples. I bought him and his girl Mario Party for Christmas one year.
5th Letter- How did you become a mod
KillaCham- I was referred by muzicluvr1986.. from reading these other interviews I see he apparently he put a few mods on. Jay saw value in what I could bring to the table and took the risk. I think I can say I'm the only poster to phish members on the IC and still become a mod lol. I know you remember those days.I don't think a lot of new members even know I'm a mod. Aside from not having as much time on my hands as I used to, I've always been a behind the scenes kind of guy... as a moderator and as a member.
5th Letter- What are some of the pros and cons of being a mod
KillaCham- Pros? Being able to make my post the first post of a page. I hate having the last post on a page! Cons? None really. We were all were offered and accepted this position for a reason. Nothing bothers me about it other than feeling like I'm not living up to it. Being a mod, I feel more of a priority to provide for the forums. If you don't feel that way, then you're a wack ass moderator. I also run the Arcade and the Off The Turn Buckle sections and I'm constantly updating and organizing shit in the sticky threads. But I like excelling at the responsibility. One thing I can say that bothers me is when I have to reprimand a chill poster. But typically I let dudes slide with a warning, unless they're doing some blatant shit. But Jay has said he likes the way I mod and that's what matters the most. As I mentioned, I've been mostly a behind the scenes kind of influential piece. For example, I started the official artist thread trend. When Teflon Don came out I merged all of the Rick Ross threads into one. The stans were pissed Now it's a regular thing. Makes things more organized.
5th Letter- You've been linked with IC chicks like AK and June, how did those situations happen
KillaCham- June Balloon lmaooo damn you remember that? I've never been with the internet simping wave much but she was an exception. Damn this was like 7-8 years ago. I remember I changed my avatar to the June calendar and Photoshopped balloons all over it and flirted with her thread to thread. Wet dreams became reality when I moved down south for a few months back in 2009 and we linked up. Joesun, lord bless his e-soul, actually interviewed me back in the day and he asked me about this. The highlight of the story was her African little brother who caught us. I forgot why but she said she'd never come back to this place ever. I think her nudes got leaked or something. Nothing to do with me... I don't think. Unlike Stew, I will speak on AK47... because unlike him, I'm realistic and know that I'm never getting the buns. Get a life nigga. Me and her just clicked. Late night rendezvous on AOL Instant Messenger... plans to meet up in NY after her graduation. Shit was cool. Until, Seedz ruined all of that.
I shared her nudes with him and only him... and he dropped 'em in a thread. Dude was e-fame hungry back then. Legit the only time I've been pissed off at someone over the internet. She hates my ass til this day for it. But looking at her today, it seems like she turned to the food for help and tried to eat away the pain of losing me.... cause... yeah...

5th Letter- What are some things you'd change if you could about the IC
KillaCham- I feel like the IC needs a bit of an overhaul.. another upgrade, maybe. We need to stand out by bringing something new and different to the table. We have a What's New? section that you have to click on. That should be visible from the home page. Shit we haven't had smilies for years now. We need more of an identity. I like the reaction feature... no one else is doing it like we are. But still we need something to bring more traffic. That's what we've been struggling with the most for last few years. We're not making up for the posters we're losing. We can change it, tho.
