Just like with Asian, Hispanic, or European immigrants, there are programs in place for all immigrants that would place them in the front of the line of a lot of things that would usually be denied to natural born people of color in America. Along with easy to get into foriegn exchange programs, there are also a shit load of grants and government money just waiting to be given to any immigrant willing to take advantage of the free oppurtunity.
America had the idea of making a level playing feild for those who aren't born in America, but what they have done was allow those from other countries to thrive and flourish without even trying or being exposed to even half of the obsticles natural born American citizens of color face before even getting to where they are now simply walking off the boat.
