Based on what I've seen in the last 20-25 years I think its been changin rapidly and will continue to do so. We have been more and more accepted as time has moved on and old white racist men are dying off givin birth to younger whites who dont all share the same BS views as their grandparents or even parents. There are still certain companies and higher ranking positions in government that are controlled by racist white men but just as the other jobs and political positions have they will give way for other ethnicities to move in. For what happened so rapidly I think we are moving along quicker than anyone could have imagined in even the 70's. Shit go to 1990 n tell someone there will be a black president in 18 years and imagine the responses. Times are changing its just some people fail to realize this and would rather focus on the past and those who are a dying breed.

So yes I think those last white strongholds will change, when? Within another 50 years we will see not just black in high ranking powers but hispanics, asians, caucasians, indian, native american as well. The reason I believe this is because the world is changing, people are becoming more tolerant of one another, people are awakening and realizing this is OUR home, not just a one race house. We are all on this rock for a reason and we might as well make the most out the fraction of a second that we're here.
