Whats so bad about the Magic statement? I agree with the 3 year joint though, these boys skill sets coming in the league are very AAU like!!

my honest "feelings" toward my particular team is that you should give us a ring before you leave, or if the coaches let you know that its not in your best interest to stay

but im not talking about players leaving schools behind, my concern is player development before coming to the nba. i believe all this leaving early shit is what is behind this super team era shit

Deron Williams is not only the best point guard in the league, but he is the most complete point guard in the history of the NBA (not saying he is the best ever)

Magic Johnson is wow overrated. If I had 4 regular hoopers and picked up Magic we would still be destined for the lottery, but if I had three studs and a bum and copped magic then we're going to win that thing. People mistake his leadership skills for his overall talent as a player...with a great team around him give me magic as my PG otherwise, give me Isiah or J. Kidd.

There are only 6 true franchise players in the NBA right now. (My definition of franchise player is a player that you can put on your team and he will erase that teams weakness immediately be it defense, scoring, leadership, a guy that you draft regardless of need) Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Dwight Howard, Deron Williams, Dwayne Wade and [/b]Blake Griffin are those 6 players. (melo, durant, bosh, amare, and CP3 miss out due to their liabilities on D)

Jordan Pippen and Ron Harper were the best trio of perimeter defenders EVER on the same team.

Allen Iverson is a top 10 guard of all time.

Lamar is a Star NBA player.

Ray Allen's overall game in his prime makes him a TOP 10 SG ever (possibly top 5 Mike Kobe West Wade Ray Ray?)
