Good question. I think that would be more fitting for an album joint instead cause people are gonna vote on previous work off instinct. This way it would completely eliminate that.

That's what I'm trying to figure out now. To make this a lot easier Ill probably have everyone nominate 20 rappers from each region or just pick a region and nominate 20 and I'll tally the votes and go from there.

Naw, keep it strictly post-2K. Why even make them eligible if they have albums out period? Solo, group or otherwise.
