See? Now the police think they make the laws and decide what is good for the ppl...

Lol... Blame ppl like @Vibe for supporting these animals...

Local law enforcement agencies rely heavily on the drug war for funding. Police departments are often able to keep a large portion of the assets they seize during drug raids, even if charges are never brought. And federal grants for drug war operations make up a sizable portion of local law enforcement funding.

Translation: Without the "bad", there is no "good"

.....a bunch of cops mad about the crime rate decreasing.

"It is unacceptable that the Department of Justice did not consult our organizations -- whose members will be directly impacted -- for meaningful input ahead of this important decision,"

LOL... These pigs are mad because 1) They will be out of a job. 2) They wont be able to "keep a large portion of the assets they seize. And no more grant money to pocket.

This is a win-win. Legalized weed and less law enforcement. Amen.

It's funny, I bet a lot of law-enforcement agencies will lose jobs or eventually have to cut people out of the position altogether. No more government-sponsored grants to companies who get paid to drug test you to stock fucking shelves. Shucks.

It's a good thing the streets are always hiring or else i'd feel bad.

They're going to end up having to take a slight pay cut. No probation payments and community service for no bullshit ass weed charge.

Otherwise, they wouldn't give a dam.

Yeah, they're just mad because it's hurting their pockets.

They're probably worried about it spreading to other states too if they adopt similar laws because that would put their jobs in jeopardy.
