I don't necessarily think less of her unless it's excessive. 98% of the time breast implants are pointless IMO. Implants in the booty cheeks are wack too. The Jackson's took it too far with their nose and chin and cheek surgeries. I don't like when people aren't proud of their African features and that's the sense I get from some of them.

I can understand someone like Kelly Rowland getting a little upgrade for the sake of being able to get some clothes that actually fit ok.
