Raven can drain both of their emotions, and has mental defenses against Phoenix's TP. She can also phase/become intangible which would top most damage from happening to her. The question is, can she do this to SW before she warps both of them outta reality? it's unknown.

Jean is/was an omega level mutant without the Phoenix Force.
Same with her "daughter", Rachel Summers/Rachel Grey.
An omega level psionic + the Phoenix Force at their command pretty much trumps most others.

Also, I thought that when Jean ascended to the White Hot room and also prior to Xorn/Sublime/Magneto killing her, it was stated that she was the one true Phoenix.

I don't know. That shit got confusing honestly, but in practice Jean was never shown to be as high a level as the Phoneix Force itself is.

I dunno. Prior to Jean getting murked the 2nd time by Xorn, it was said that she and the Phoenix Force were one in the same.
Now, X-Men Warsong and Endsong and then of course, AvX...they ALL came along and fucked up the continuity of the Phoenix Force period.
Wanda after Children's Crusade and that whole Life Force shit, she really became way overpowered.
I still say that Jean/Phoenix curb stomps Wanda easily.
I can't say that I know anything about DC's Raven character.
