goat final episode.. jason biggs finally got his nuts back. his simpin was getting too hard to watch. im sure in season two he's gonna regress back into bitch mode tho.. piper was a scumbag for not holdin her man down while she's locked up. she's one of those chicks who says she hates drama but then gets into it at every chance lol. an accurate depiction of bird mentality

Just finished season 1. Was reluctant to watch but glad I did. This show is dope. The end almost had me in my felings cause I was looking at the time left in the episode when Healy pulled that bullshit like there's not enough time. But piper finally blacked out. I was itching to see that little shit get clapped up. And fuck Healy.

Really enjoyed this show. It doesnt have the predigree or prestige of House of Cards or Arrested Development but imo its best show to debut on Netflix to date and one of the best new shows of the year. There is nothing else like it on tv right now. Not only is it a show with a predominantly female cast but a racially diverse cast at that where every character isn’t a straight caricture. Hats off to all the supporting characters cause at times the Piper character was unsympathic but everyone else was damn good & felt I got to know them. Was geniuelly happy when Toasty got out but was heartbroken when she got to her ‘cousin’s’ apartment (cause it was only a matter of time). Was pleasantly surprised by Miss Claudette (1st time I can recall watching programming and didn’t need subtitles when ppl were speaking in a different language). She was right though that hope was a dangerous thing and was proably the most gangster inmate of the bunch. I hope she returns in some capacity.
Mendez might be one of the funniest characters on tv right. Although he was introduced as the villain initially during the course of the season he wasn’t as bad as Heally. He was at his best once he fell love with dia. Ol girl got him sprung.
Speaking Dia of course it’s a doomed relationship but I geniuenly enjoyed the budding relationship with the pirate CO. It was far from typical but was still endearing.
And its crazy how things shifted by the finale. Red went from HBIC to being the outcast and Champman beat the breaks off of homegirl.
Cant wait for season 2. Its official HBO, FX, Amc etc have company as far as premium programming.

Deadline reports that Aduba has been made a series regular for Season 2. It’s her first regular part.
Aduba plays Suzanne Warren, more commonly known as Crazy Eyes. As the first season debuted, she quickly established herself as one of the fan favorites, and has even been the subject of some interesting tributes.
MILD SPOILER ALERT: Toward the end of the first season, we started to see a different side of Crazy Eyes, so it seems likely that this will be greatly expanded upon in the forthcoming season.
The news follows earlier reports that Danielle Brooks, who plays Taystee and Taryn Manning, who plays Pennsatucky have also been promoted to regulars. The show has also added a cast member, picking up Lorraine Toussaint, who will play a character named Vee.
There should also be more ‘Pornstache’ in Season 2, though actor Pablo Schreiber will apparently not be a series regular.
Filming of the new season began early last week. Here’s a pic of Aduba from the set:
