It's not even about the neighborhood. It's just about generations of beef. Kinda like Romeo & Juliet. Two sides that have been having issues over money, drugs, and some time even women. From what I'm gathering of this situation, C-Bo went to a area he's had issues with heavily in the past. A few people have stated last time somebody else was killed at that park, it was because C-Bo was there and he didn't belong there. I'm almost certain Mozzy nor anybody directly affiliated with his camp had anything to do with this shooting. It was either some O.G.s who have had issues with C-Bo in the past, or some young niggas hoping to earn a few stripes without getting the proper clearance.
