There is a lot of indication that only about 1/2 of the people that watched the last debate, will watch this one. That means Obama has to knock it out of the park. (and then you have to question, is it enough?) He does not have a history of debate wins against someone that can debate. I do like the fact that we have a clear 180 degree choice here. Socialism or Free Enterprise. USA or Italy. America or USSR.

Dont believe those polls. Most people already know who theyre voting for, no matter what hoes down during the debates. These dudes are the same anyway

I mean theyre under the influence of the same people. either side isnt doing anything worthwhile, first bush's dumbass now barack signs the ndaa. i like him, but wtf? I cant support a candidate who did that. I'm disillusioned with the whole system

lol @ the race being close after romney was caught on film saying 47% of voters aint shit and he aint gonna look our for'em...the dumbing down of america

The problem with bombing the first debate was it sets up an incredibly high bar for a second debate. There are now dozens of ways to lose but only a very few ways to win and all of them require a home run performance.

Personally I think the safe bet is to just go out and do a good job. Unfortunately I also think Obama won't take that option, he'll try for one of those home run wins and he's just not the type to do a good job arguing with a Republican. In office has been pandering and negotiating with them.

its funny how people can be cajoled by 1 debate where Romney just looked he part instead of actually laying shit out... Imo if you make your decision based on a performance of the debate and haven't paid attention to what was said throughout the election season then you failed yourself but.. People need to focus on what has been said and done in totality not just in the 4th quarter. Unfortunately many people will vote based on primetime. Its amazing the bump Romney got for not saying anything.. i mean it was 4-5% for Obama which is pretty much a dead heat to pretty much even on the score cards now.

If Obama has his wits about him tonight, which i thoroughly expect he will bring up womens issues and all the other social issues Romney swings and misses on.

All I know is Obama better be in the boxing ring right now sparring, and not come out there on some handshaking bullshit.

All I want to see is this:

That's cause everyone believes they are in the 53% which may be true, but a good portion of his voters will be from there.

I don't Think the 47% should brought up alone(should be use in a series of combinations) and here is why.

Obama needs to speak about Mitt Romney negative and narrow mindset and how he views the Middle Class and Less unfortunate.

For example, I think the 47% comment should be used with "let Detroit Go Bankrupt", "I'm not concern about the very poor", "I'm not worry about these people" to show that this is a pattern of thinking. This is how Mitt Romney thinks and feels about the middle class.

I think the 47% comment should be stated just alone. Obama must combine several of Mitt Romney comments about the middle class and how he thinks about the people he is trying to govern.

Obama should argue, "this is a man who don't get it when millions of Americans could have lose their jobs in Ohio, Michigan and other if we listen to him. This is the man who don't get with seniors and soldiers who have sacrificed for this country. This is a man who don't get about the struggles and pains of the middle class."

Something along the lines like that..
