its a good idea, but nothing more. i don't see this playing favorably towards the nation. now im slightly worried about posting this. It sort of reminds me of the Ceaser situation. in times of trouble, the romans elected one man to govern and solve the problem more or less. but whose to say this law will ever go away? privacy concerns aside, the lone wolf non american thing simply smacks sourly of racism.
