The word Spic is actually an acronym invented by police

whenever cops arrested a spanish person who could not speak english, they wrote "Spanish Person In Custody" on the paperwork

When I say "people" I'm not referring to a certain race.

Maybe the cops are pulling alot more people in poorer areas where there are more criminals and more ethnic minorities.

Things pop off in the "hood" more often then in the burbs..where some or most white people tend to live other than out in the woods in middle of nowhere...the cops are where mostly blk/latinos hang around at just wanting for something to go down or some shit to start.They dont post up in the burbs like that.
