Marion Barry the mayor of DC back in the day. Did a hell of a lot for black people in DC. Guess what was always fucked up no matter what he did for black people? The fucking DC school system and its still fucked up till this day.

PG county which is right outside of DC is the richest or wealthiest majority black county in AMERICA. With that said PG county schools system is fucking terrible. Its so bad they just lost their fed. gov't headstart funding because how bad they were fucking up.

This country literally hates black people but you really expect them to provide black kids with a FREE quality education that will help them rival their white kid counterparts in the future job market?

Public schools were founded in this country to make sure that future generations of citizens have an appreciation for democratic values, understand what we have in common as Americans, and have the skills to be productive members of society.
