Back in 06 when he was dope yeah.. Pap in 2011 is beyond terrible... Still All them southern niggaz were getting deals despite being garbage rappers... So if it means a garabage NYC rapper gets a deal to get some shine on better artist/MC's then so be it..

BOB, Wiz Khalifa and sold out Lupe.....says what the industry was looking for... Thats NYC's problem tho lol, everyone has to sound like Big, Nas, Jay, the Lox etc. NYC has very little creativity (except for the underground cats that aren't trying to be famous/mainstream). The South, West, Midwest have rappers who are willing to just be themselves and not fit a box
