I'm working on more of a game lounge type thing

Heating/cooling unit separate from the house, bathroom, bar (that I don't use), fridge, etc

I want new furniture and I wanna do something with the lighting

Also need a ventilation system or a smoke buddy hooked up

Nice Menace. I got a BenQ 1080p projector with a 120 inch screen. I got all my equipment in separate closet. Im debating painting my room. I like the leds around the ceiling, I might have to do that.

my only comment is that maybe you upgrade the carpet.. go shag and make it plush..

One thing I can't do at a real movie theatre is take my shoes off and really get comfortable.

The traffic won't be much so there will be minimal dirt and grime.

Just a thought.
