I don't remember the exact details but there was a man present, as far as his role or relationship with her mother, i am not sure.
He seemed very comfortable and accepting of all of this.

I feel for the child for different reasons.
Has the mother (and father) addressed the issue with the child himself?
Has she sat down to speak to HIM?
Has she explained anything to the child in regards to gender and his feelings?

Or is it all about allowing and acceptance?
Is that really in the best interest of the child?
