After a quick search I found that Silvermane is more of a Spider-Man villain. Marvel might not have access to him.

It was no where near as bad a people said as far as from a concept standpoint. Execution could have been better as well as the fighting. There are some good fights in there though. It's just not Dare Devil, but neither was JJ or LC.
