Disciplined InSight is the reigning champ so we should give him the benefit of the doubt and let him post.

Frozenheart you came raw with it and I think this battle could be an epic one.

Would be a shame to see the champ of tourney #1 go out on a DQ.

Frozen heart had some good bars, word play was on point.. The flow was grasped after reading into 3-4 bars. Came with creativity but I feel it lacked some punch lines.. Out of 10 I'd give it a 7 cause when its a battle, your going in for the gusto not the cream..

Now, Di, came really strong. His verse was up to par, metaphor was nice, and had the multi's going.. And his punch lines hit harder than frozen. Over all, Di braught it.. And that's I love in battles!

Therefore my vote goes to the champ DI..for all the reasons I've mentioned above..

frozenheartwjlb got the drive to spit. I'm sure it'll sound sick in audio but I wasn't seeing anything real hard worth quoting. Some boast but some personals. Lack of metaphors. Overall decent verse from frozenheartwjlb. Ad far as Disciplined InSight's verse goes, I've seen better. The D/teeth line was sick though. The rest of the verse ranged from decent to above average but it was enough to get my vote BC there wasn't as much filler. Vote - Disciplined InSight

I'm not going to lie, I was hoping for DI's downfall.

Frozenheart had one of the doper verses I have seen on here in a minute and it SEEMED like he might have had DI a little shook.

But DI spits out those multis and body blow punchlines so effortlessly that even my hating ass had to admit DI had the stronger verse.

I'd like to see more of what Frozenheart has for us in the future because I have a feeling he was just warming up.
