Looks like they are doing a Judas Contract movie in some form. Deathstroke is dead though right

Deathstroke has never been appeared in anything besides Flashpoint so he can still show up in this continuity.

Uh, no. Deathstroke was in Batman and Son but Damian didn't kill him, although he did appear to die when the base flooded. If he is alive, it makes sense he wants revenge on Damian.

I think it's pretty clear Damien isn't the most powerful. Dude almost got murdered when Blue Beetle lost control, and when everyone else was fighting Trigon's minions, he was at the car looking for weapons because he was useless without them.

Does he still have those powers from when Batman resurrected him?

Yes, but Raven's powers are part of her. She doesn't need to go get them before a fight begins, she can just use them. Same with Blue Beetle. They can't get caught lacking like Damien can.

I think just any extreme physical pain to the host body was able to knock them out. Like when supes stomped on flashes leg.
