Based on what I saw, it would be "realistic" -- looks like they grow together. Not like he picked one over the other in a club. I like the brotha(prob my favorite emcee) but I hope Common's acting is finally good enuf to carry a flick. So far I'm not convinced.

Looks like he's getting heavy into the acting... I went to see "Our Family Wedding" with wifey this afternoon, and we saw previews for the Common and Queen Latifah joint, and Common was also in "Date Night" with Steve Carell and Tina Fey.

This movie takes you back to when black films were actually good!

Films like "the best man", "the wood", "love n basketball", ect...

Queen latifah was actually lookin sexy in that movie she was very believable in the "feminine" aspect

and common s' acting skills were on point.....

Overall it was a nice movie... And funny!
