Yeah he's been heavily rumored to be the one to put the hit out on pac at quad studios. The world atleast knows the two had beef. henchman was associated with haitian jack too who pac spoke of and was a pretty gangster guy in ny at one point. Court proceedings are documented,

Regardless what judge presides over the case,

It's their duty to look at the facts, and the facts are that the witnesses were proven to lie under oath and gave false testimonies..

The lawyer can argue that those witnesses made a mockery of the court..

However, I don't think it was wise for Henchman to throw shots at the District Attorney, cause most DA's are very determined and will keep persuing you until they bury you..
