I'm sure that shit's going to sell out even if it is for that much. Every female I know listens to Trey Songz religiously. This is positioned to be the best and most successful 3 act tour of 2010. But to answer your question, I think ticket prices are outrageous anywhere nowadays so I would say no. However, if there was any concert to pay 80 bucks for, this would be it.

sidebar: I have a live recording of a Jay-Z show in CT a few years back. Shit was dope.

yeah its a great lineup i love all 3 of the artists and if i was still in high school getting allot of spending cash like i did few years ago i would have paid money but im on the college grind and thats a textbook right there so im trying to save the little cash i got and its a most def gunna be a sellout because they only can fit like 12k in there its a a smaller venue but every seat is a good seat

I went to the Mary J Blige and Jay concert in Ft. Lauderdale and that was the going price, i don't consider that alot of money. It aint like your going to see some lC evel rapper in a club, its a stadium, extravagant show, lots of hit records, 2 other establish artists with hits (Trey and Jeezy).

It's different when you're in college though...

yeah im looking for the best deal possible on a show due to the cost of college so anything over 60 is like out the question. im at eastern conn which is around 5,000 and we got Nas in the building for the spring concert last year and tixs were $10 and i got there early and was like 12 feet from him all night and green latern was on the turntables we had lupe and songz in 07 back when songs was on the come up but i wasnt there yet and this year we might get cudi or the roots for spring 2010.

I live in ct and i was thinking about going to the Jay-Z concert in March along with Jeezy and Trey Songz but i looked at the ticketmaster page and upper level tickets are $80 and lower level tickets are $120! for a rap/r&b concert this is outrageous ima pass would you pay that much for this concert?

Considering how tickets were $200-$400 a pop for the Jay-z/Mary J Blige tour (and it sold out) $80-$120 is a steal

I got my tickets 2nd row for the upcoming show in Dallas. I went to Jay-z Mary J Blige opening in Miami row 10. He had Mary, Jeezy, and Kanye come out, Kanye threw a shot at 50 that was easily worth the 620 I paid for two seats. Went to R Kelly Jay-z opening in Chicago phenomenal concert row 7 I think but 3 rows from the stage. I will always go to any Jay-z concert, his tickets aint cheap though, but I have a real job so I can afford it.
