it felt like wayne just went in and did a bunch of songs and didnt put too much in to it. If you listen to the lyrical content of Take Care and the lyrical Content of "C4" its clear Drake was trying to make an album with personality where as it seems wayne just couldn't do it...

hopefully he does as Drake said he will, get back to his roots and get a bit personal again

I fucked with "she will" though

I like she will and john... but the rest is weak

wayne got lazy on this one... I can understand it cause he know he could put anything out and his fans would still cop it

C3>C4

i don't need the nigga to get personal i just need him to stop spitting pure gibberish on the mic I really think that since Manny left out there are just too many yes men around wayne and nobody is really critiquing the dudes work.

honestly though, what would that song be without drake? the production helped a lot as well, but still i doubt that would be as good without drake.

but yeah, most of us can say it was pretty wack. i think most of us thought that initially anyway, obviously there was some songs that weren't bad, but nothing that i'd really need to hear again. except maybe nas and tech's verses. they were dope

I like 6 ft 7 ft as well... but thats it

yeah that joint was a banger...it was pretty much amilli redid but shit if it sounds good, why look for a reason to hate it?

i mean it'd probably be not as good without drake? I guess thats why he had drake on there. Give the dude and his team credit on something lol Wayne wasn't ALL ASS on it...

lasers actually grew on me. after about 6 months, once the initial disappointment wore off and you get passed all the techno sounding beats and kinda generic hooks. its not bad. doesn't stack up to the cool or food and liquor. but still not a bad album.

eh...i can't fully agree yet...i guess im like matt and trey from south park when they saw the new indiana jones movie...its like the industry raped lupe's album to me...idk...i just couldn't mess with it and it was sad lmao

but jokes aside ima probably check it again, i hope he does do another album in the coming months and gets off that label and maybe signs with kanye or his own place
