i wouldnt even think about trading my two best players for Lebron unless i still had alot of talent on my squad. The Cavs have once again showed this postseason and past years that one player cant win you a championship no matter how dominant that player is.

I bet if the Cavs called Jerry Buss and said we'll trade you Lebron for Kobe the Lakers would do it.

Due to his age and dominance so early in his career he could have a case for nearly every team.

The only team I'm sure I wouldn't trade him for is Kobe/Gasol(Laker), Melo/Billups(Nuggets), KG/Pierce(Boston) & Yao/T-Mac(Rockets)Well when he aint hurt. The other are questionable.

Replace Bron with your two best and tell me what you got?

the cleveland cavs

No he wouldn't because Lebrons contract expires next year and Kobes doesn't. Plus James would never play in Kobes building. But if the contracts matched up I'm sure Buss would do it. From a business standpoint it would generate a little bit more money due to lebrons marketing value. And he is the same senile owner who traded caron butler for kwame. But most lakers fans wouldn't like it, Phil certainly wouldn't like it, the team would hate it, and it ultimately would be the wrong decision. Kobes game will be declining soon, but his numbers are up from last year. But he still has a superior perimeter game, post game, perimeter defense, killer instinct, overall fundamentals, and basketball iq to lebron. Long term he'd do it, but not short term. But I wouldn't do it. You just don't trade your franchise player after winning a championship from the team that was specifically built around him. I don't care what the circumstances are.

Never in the history of sports has that happened, besides Wayne Gretzky. Which had an entirely different reasoning involved.
