If you only listen to dance music then I guess I'd give it to him or The Neptunes

Outside of the club tho??.........Naw, he's useless for anything other then dance music

Look at his track record and the hits he produced. He was the main producer of arguable the best R&B album of the last decade(Futuesex/Lovesounds)... Plus his contributions to Nelly Furtado, and the Shock Value album. I think its safe to say that the 00'
s belonged to Timbaland.

between him and swizz beatz

In your humble opinion which I could give a fuck less about, lol, Dance Music is only relevant to my life when I go to the club on Thursday and Friday night, the rest of the week I could give a fuck less about a timbaland beat

Timbaland has done hip hop beats as well, he expands until most hip hop producers.

I never liked his hip hop shit to be honest tho, I fucked with his hits for Aaliyah & Ginuwine and then when he started gettin with JT & that one white chick, Nelly whatever, but other then a handful of Jigga songs I cant fuck with him as a hip hop producer........His contribution to the Blueprint is the only song I skip on that shit, lol

uh no... what he did in the late 90's was deadly... he singlehandedly changed the sound of r&b and hip hop with one song...... too bad he sucked most of 2000's

him and Hype Williams have been extremely dissapointing esp as of late

Them Shock Value albums were hot garbage...The 2nd one in particular...One good song...I can't take you seriously if you have Miley Cyrus and Jojo on your album...

Kanye was the best producer of the noughties hands down

Timbaland was hands down the best producer of last decade. His only competition was The Neptunes. Even without being a fan of either of them, it would be hard deny that you copped an album or turned on the radio without hearing a track produced by them. They did it all from lacing entire albums, producing hit songs, and transcending genres. You might have a favorite over both Timbaland and The Neptunes, but their impact and influence on production last decade is undeniable.Besides The Neptunes, no Hip Hop producer had more range than Timbo. Tim laced Jay Z, Snoop, Lloyd Banks, Ludacris, 50 Cent, Nelly Furtado, Madonna, Bjork, Aaliyah, Brandy, Alicia Keys, Mary J. Blige, Limp Bizkit, and Chris Cornell. Everybody jumped on the Arabic and Middle Eastern sampling bandwagon that he popularized with hits like "Get Ur Freak On" and "Big Pimpin".

These Hip Hop beats from Timbaland last decade are undeniable:
