To answer your question no. I think the issue is nature vs nurture with the nurture case winning nowadays. There are suckas in every ethnic group, but it seems like a white dude doesn't learn the game forreal until his first wife where she divorces him or cheats in the worst way and whatnot.
Where as black folks get that weeded out of them early. Niggas get played and aired out by females as early as junior high. Theres was a classic thread Rey Negro made about stories of them takin Ls with chicks and most of those were high school stories. Gettin played, watchin thug niggas get chosen over them....it only take one heartbreak to weed out the sensitivity and chivalry out of a man. Niggas lose it quicker. And rap music reinforces it.
