"ID4" is the Blueprint for these flicks though. "WOTW" was dope but that ending was horrible and Steven knows better than that cheesy happy ending he did. "ID4" is what we compare all these Alien Invasion Disaster movies to. As soon as I saw the trailer for "Battle Los Angeles" and thought, "Oh great another Independence Day".
