I read that Einstein quote and it brought to mind all those in the past 1500-1000 years that have killed in the righteous name of their god.
Imagine IF the ieologies of judaism butmostly christianity and islam had not been so rampantly spread the difference in our geopolitical worldview.
Arabs and Europeans would have had no foundation to come together even much more go in and spirtually assimilate and conquer Africa and the Americas.
The technology available to us would be much more different and advanced. I just imagine that shit. And then I get depressed.

I dont understand how people can read one book. ONE. thats seen more revisions and editions than an Econ book. And figure to be able to wax wisely on the earth, solar system and universe. All these systems are built on a foundation of fear and discourage intellect, discovery and even questioning.
