So what have you eat today? How much protein n calories do u get? Since u said good calories tell me bro.

& you said stretchin I actually never done that before.

Learn bruh. Learn. I m not preaparing any contest so i dont count calories. If you get the results you aim at so you do things good. If not just REEVALUATE. LIKE IN ERRDAY LIFE.

TRY FAIL REEVALUATE TRY AGAIN UNTIL YOU SUCCEED. most of the time good things arent automatic.

On thing sure : sugar is not your friend on your quest. Good new : you will save money

For my last semester I'm getting myself a bike. My new apartment is about 10 mins away (biking) from my main campus. I'm looking to take some pressure off my knees.

But man....I did not know bikes were so expensive. Walked into a store today and the cheapest entry level bike was $400 new, $250 used. Some of those road bikes are as much as $8,000. The store owner said his bike tires are $1,000 a pop. I got my 07 Toyota Corolla for about $6,000 some years back. Crazy man, I was budgeting like $100-$150 for a bike.

Stretch bruh, trust me. Im just at the end of taking a whole week off from upper body workouts because I jumped in on some 40lb dumbbell presses after bullshitting through a 25lb warmup. And it was my last day on the 40s before jumping to 45/50 since the weight was becoming light work to me. Probably gonna have to stay there another week or two now.

It feels like nothing happends. I am eating 3000 calories but nothing happends. I am liftin alot.

I bought Creatin today i'm gonna start with it tomorow. do you think it will give results?

rest and recover

allow your muscles a chance to grow

- no supersets; it's equivalant to cardio

- break between sets and take your time, if your heart rate is constantly up then you are back to doing cardio lol

- casein protein before bed

- keep your reps to 7 or 8; keep going up and weights until you're down to 1 rep per set

- This is all just advise B)

Since I am taking three classes this semester then I have to alternate my workout time. I usually commit about a hour a day but I am going to have to chop it to 30 minutes at max. I did some pushups (diamonds & regulars) and ab wheel this morning to stay afloat & on top of the workout. Imma try to slide some pushups & leg lifts reps in at work when I get time

sat-rest

Sun- Ran 5 laps, 1st and last laps at reg speed. for 3 laps in the middle, I sprinted around the block at the start of a song. once I completed the lap I would walk till the nx song came on. good shit.

Mon evening before work- incline and flat bench super set w/ lat pull downs. then did some shoulder and tri work.

tues morning after work- 100 reps of deads and burpees (10/10) finished off w/ lat pull down drop sets.

Try the kettlebell. A 44 lbs one will be a good and solid implement imo

Two weeks of reducing carbs and increasing fats and being under 5 teaspoons of sugar.

Im less hungry, loosing fat and not losing weight. Last saturday im was feeling like shit, tired. Since monday im doing great!!! So great that i ve implemented my beloved pushups to my morning kettlebell - bar workout.

My groceries spends have decreased by nearly 30 dollars. My diet is varied

Meats

Cheese

Soy in its divers forms, milk, tofu, etc

Fruits

Vegan stuff

Veggies

Im getting easily full because of the fibers.

Next week ill decrease the carbs a lil bit more to see the results.

Oh yeah homie, I also implement the kettle bell in my morning workouts. I only got the 25lbs but it's proficient. I do the ab workout where you tighten up the abs & swing the kettle bell around your waist

Hold the bell laying on the floor with one hand. Then just do a press and , with the help of the other hand , get your upper body up. Go back to the first positio.

By this move you have done a press, a abs and shoulder strenghtening exercise.

Lol after counting im already at 1600 kcal

Why?

Cause im willing to be EFFICIENT

Here is my mind process

I dont put extra oil in my car

I dont use diesel and gas and electricity for my car

I dont use 7.52 bullets for my 5.56 assault rifle.

Im not byuing xbox games for my playstation.

Ive realized that i dint have the same strong logic for MY BODY.

I mean if i can get all i need in term of macros and vitamins and other stuff by eating less most of the time why not?

Some people are smoking their house cars and health away.

i believe right now that some of us are eating a better health, house ,car and holidays away.

These processed foods are taking our money, health, erections, better cars etc away for decades. Thats why im recently going deeper in food study cause like many ive trusted theses ads ,the FDA, and other agencies.

Its time to go EFFICIENT FOR OUR BODY the same way we do for our homes and cars. What are these stuffs worth if we get sick?
