I'm still doing my push ups and sit ups, but I'm cut and defined tho. I do them all types of ways to get a different feel, I have the perfect push ups too that I utilize.

Up to dead lifting 300. Feel a bit accomplished now. Almost at the 400/300/300 club. Just gotta get my bench presses up there.

Yeah man, good feeling when you throwing around weight.

Last I lifted to test myself I was in the 300/500/500 club. Bench press is lagging behind my squats and deads but I'll bring it up. I got fucked up shoulders from injuries when I was in the military so I'm sure that has something to do with it.

Morning for me. Doesn't interrupt the flow of my day

I prefer morning for runs. It gives me the boost to start my day. I'm still young and I haven't found my structure in schedule quite yet, so if I relegate my workouts to the end of day it's easy for me to put it off to complete work.

IC members that have lost significant weight (50+)? How have you guys handled the luls or stagnation. A bit about me.

I'm 20 years turning 21 soon in a DMV (DC Maryland Viginia) college (so weather can be a factor in the kinds of workouts I do).

My heaviest I've ever been is 275lbs, that was Jan 2015. After then I said enough is enough (I'm 6ft and naturally have a bigger frame. Broad shoulders, large chest, large quads etc). I got down to 243lbs by December 2015 following periods of BSing and in consistency. Being this large in college is not good. Not just for confidence but also its not particularly a good sign future employers.

I traveled over winter break and put back on some pounds. Now I'm at 255lbs. Not great considering all of the hard work I put in.

I had success with running and cutting my calories to about 1900-2100 on a daily basis. I would run M,W,F for 3-4 miles and play soccer Th and Sat.

Jan, Feb saw me work out considerably less and my diet kinda took a hit. Late night food when studying. Relying on free food at events because my funds were low etc.

Just looking for some advice of new things I could try to keep on track. I know it's a lifestyle change and I have to look at it as what the 'new' me just does.

I'm targeting to drop to 230lbs by June and around 210lbs when the new semester starts in September. I think for my genetics and build 190-200lbs would be a good range for me stick in. Lowest I've ever been in my adult life is 210lbs during freshman year of college.
