But, 30 is too light, and 50 is too heavy for me to be trying to do 300+ in one day. Plus I have a 40 at home, so that will make it much more easy for me on days I don't feel like hitting the gym.

Yo how many of y'all gym have weight clubs? (Ex: 1,000 lb club, etc). I'm starting weight clubs at my gym. The owner is on board. Minimum is 700, then 800, etc through a max of 1500 as of now. Bench, Squat, Deadlift.

He was down with the rules (I got them from powerlifting rules) for each but he wanted to allow straps for deadlift. Negatory nigga. He like "I don't agree with that but since you're putting it together I'll respect your decision." Lol

Cutting out or reducing cookies, crackers, and corn syrup =/= cutting out healthy complex carbs.

Some examples of healthy carbs for her to choose from. If there is a caloric deficit, she'll still lose weight; with a larger portion of her total daily calories coming from good carb choices, she'll still lose weight and she won't feel miserable.
