Yea man, it takes 4-5 Oranges to make just 1 cup of juice and thats one of the juiciest fruits outs there. Imagine something like a Carrot that's not juicy at all...

5 KB Swings/Standing Curls X 5

Had a hectic ass day didn't eat like I was supossed to almost skipped the gym, thinking I was going be feeling weak and shit. Said fuck it anyway and went, ended up having my best work out this week.
 
Supossed do a 5k tommarrow for a base run, but it's leg day as well. Will it be counter productive to hit legs right afterwards or should i wait a day?

Nigga you talking about a measly 3.106 miles yo. That ain't shit but a warm up my nig. Hit legs after and hit them hard. That 3 miles ain't gonna do shit but get the blood flowing.

Talking 'bout counter productive and waiting a day. FOH.
