I believe it was a male lead, featuring a female here and there.
I heard it the first time over the summer on 2007.. so I know it's at least 3 years or older.

i was gonna say "Mobb Deep - Quiet Storm" until you mentioned a female. it sounds a LITTLE familiar but i wouldn't know.
