hate to say it but a dealership is probably better than buying from someone, i odnt think lemon laws and that kind of thing apply to private sales also depending on your money situation a priv person isnt gonna do any financing so you will need to pay for the whole thing at once

Good advice....I ended up buying a 2010 Hyundai Accent from the Hyundai dealership. I was in dire need of something to get to and from work and that didn't use alot of gas. It also has a 10 year/100,000 mile warranty.
