all true ive had this convo a couple times with friend nd and all the time i was on the side of what kareem did. ive come to this conclusion mike was not only on the court but on your feet, your walls, t-shirts, commericals, movies and if u didnt know who he was then u lived under a rock probably. dude is an icon. u had generations look up to this guy and say i wanna be like him. kareem did his thing on the court to be in the convo for sure but when u have todays players talkin about "i molded my game after mike" "i pck this number cuz of mike" and sports writers writing books and articles about him and he put up some damn good numbers these ppl have grown up a bit biased and well who could blame em he did his fuckin thang. mike took that extra step to cement him self in history books. but basketball fans will always remember kareem and his accomplishments. probably shoulda made some shoes with a lil hook man on it haha
