Fuck them old ass niggas bruh. You all ass kissin them.

We better than that.

Realizing greatness was being recorded while you were playing Dodgeball =/= Ass Kissing

Just a tad upset....considering where Hip Hop is today.

The music is still there. you aint miss out on nothing.

This^^^

Them old bitter ass two steppin niggas didn't grow up with the ability to hear generations of music via the internet. Besides, I like our generation better. You can Pac, Biggie and whatnot all you want. But nostalgia is a rose colored lens. There were wack rappers with buzz back then too. Shaq went plat. MC hammer. Silk Tha Shocker. Vanilla Ice. Plat plat plat.

FUCK THEIR GENERATION. Crackbaby generation X niggas.

I'm talking about actually being there...seeing artists LIVE in performances. Biggie/Pac died in 96/97. Hip Hop was at its prime from 94-97. I was like 10 lol....being an adult living through that time & remembering things from childhood are too different experiences.

The experience has come and gone. You can't deny that. You can see video of the World Trade Center falling on youtube, but it's not the same as being in New York on that day seeing shit go down.

Same here. The memory is vague cause I was a bit young, but it's still there.

My point...I watch the "Dead Presidents" video by Hov & be like damn at the end....all of those legends just chilling. New York City aint but 80 minutes from Philly...its crazy. I wonder how shit was being a fan in that time.
