How is Wade Phillips still coaching the Cowboys?

he has a 33-15 record with the Cowboys (only 1-2 in the playoffs though) and i mean, he only got a 1 year extension my nigga not some long term deal

hes only guaranteed as coach this coming year and the next.......

what both of the guys said above me, plus the fact that jerry jones wants to feel that hes a coach too, and with wade their it allows jerry to do that

the players do respect him........ The problem is Garrett how r u going to run the draw play against Pat and kevin williams he shouldve known that wasnt going to work... Wade is a good d coordinator and when listening to players talk about him youd gain more respect for wade.... They say he does yell at the players and hes different towards the media.
