That's what being the better rapper means.

For example, Bank$ is a far superior rapper than 50

But 50 is a better rap artist.

The cats from Slaughterhouse can rap their asses off, and their 2nd album is str8 but they do not compare to the Hot boys. Lyrically, Slaughterhouse is a clear notch above HB's no question but the Hot boys dropped shit that the average cat could relate to. Plus my memories of those Hot boy albums especially Guerilla Warfare my senior year of high school (1999-2000) push that shit over the top for me.
