Damn @ charlie skinner. You could tell the changing of the network was getting to him. He just wanted to keep everyone together but ended dying over the wrong thing and some shit he didn't believe in

Sorkin called time on it. Remember he walked on The West Wing early too. He's potent but burns out quickly after 3 seasons or so. I feel like he knows his patter style dialogue can't work indefinitely.

Yea but 10 episodes sighs it was a good show though

finally finished. there were some things i liked about it, some things i didn't really care for...i'm not sure if i'm satisfied overall with the finale..may have to watch it all from the beginning to really be sure, but this will go down as one of my fave shows when it's all said & done.

Whether or not he burned out, I could've saw at least 2 more seasons of this show... with a minimum of 10 episodes per season.

Which btw the West Wing was still a solid show after he finished writing for it.

I actually just picked up watching Sports Night, I watch one episode every day while I get dressed for work. Almost done with season 1, it's a good show.

Finally finished it, jus binged eps 3-6. They kinda changed the primise of the show, less about news stories, more about their personal lives.

The backstory in the finale was cool, Will n his pops was nice too. Maggies character development was nice to see. The stuff with the rape victim was real af. Good to see my nigga Neil come back n drop ether on those lames.

Jim was the true star of the show imo.

They brought the story full circle with the college girl from the pilot.

I jus felt they coulda focused on more news stories, while mixing in alil of their personal lives over 10 eps. 6 felt hella short, even tho it was done well, cuz it didnt feel rushed imo. There are jus many news stories id have loved to seen them cover. Meh whatever tho, solid watch overall.

This looked like they had to scrape an ending together.
