She said all her friends took they baby dads to court and they getting more then that.. Basically now she throwing the court shit in my face.. Do yall think that court would grant her more then what I'm giving her?

Depends on how much you make and her financial situation. I know in some cases women pull that stunt and end up getting less than what they were getting. Basically pull her card...only problem is she might pull the whole you can't see your daughter shit. Spiteful women are some evil bitches B.

I hate to say it but you fucked, basically. All that money you been giving her will be considered a "gift" if she does take you to court. And being a man in family court these days they should give out free duffel bags to carry all them L's they hand out.

Oh, and DO NOT give her no more money in the account or cash! Money orders/checks ONLY WITH the notation of "child support/care" however you chose to word it. That way if she starts a case you have a chance of not getting hit with arrears and if you do, you have proof that your taking care of your child.

if he has full custody he won't have to worry about being extorted anymore by the mother of his child.

And he could ensure that just the same with joint custody. He is providing for the child, not the mothers luxurious lifestyle or what have you which is where documentation would come in handy.
I don't see the benefit for the child if daddy takes baby away from mommy like this is a game. Smh.

Just because the system doesn't necessarily take into consideration the feelings of the CHILD, doesn't mean you have to follow suit.
