There are other reasons to put tracking devices in vehicles, like if they get stolen or something.

Thats a lil too much, actually its a lot. No need to stalk folk, just let em do what they do, if the go missing, you never had em so dont try to lock em down.

the way they sell these things are to provide a sense of security

they say you should implant a chip in your child so that way if you kid gets kidnapped they can find your child

but in reality they want everybody to have a chip so that way they can track everybody and no one can move without being traced

ok that really has nothing to do with the thread subject but then again it kinda of does but not really so

you're welcome

please continue

Nothing like that good ole cell phone...but really if you live in a big city when your s/o leave the house they can tell you they are going here and there...but honestly you dont know where they are going.

I can understand for their 3 teenagers

But it seems a little off that he added one on her's too. He even called the other day and asked why she was still at the office instead of on her way home

I'm not leaning one way or the other on this one.

On one end, I don't care because I know that I'm not doing anything I shouldn't be doing....and it could come in handy in case of a carjacking or whatnot.

On the other end, I don't know if I want somebody knowing my every move when I get in my car.

I might come home from work one night and he'll be sitting in the dark mad ass hell talking about, "So, you didn't bring me anything from Subway?" "BITCH DON'T LIE! I saw you went there today"

My boss told me her husband did this... now he's some high tech security guy for this company and she says he has them on all of their vehicles

I think it's weird... like he doesn't trust her or something. But she seems perfectly fine with it. Says she has nothing to hide.

If you put one on your spouse's car... would you tell them? Would you be okay with them placing one on your car?

if I found out there was a gps on my car I'd let my brother drive it and tell him to go to all sorts of fucked up places...or I'd do something like just go park it in a strip club parking lot, have one of my friends pick me up, and leave my car there overnight just to piss her off...that's some insecure shit to do to somebody

As already pointed out, if I feel the need to do that to my S/O, then there's a problem in that relationship that needs to be addressed, and I probably shouldn't be with them in any case.

But to answer the other questions, NO, I wouldn't tell them. Defeats the whole purpose.

And no, I wouldn't like it if someone did that to me, which is why I'd never do it to anyone else.

If you gotta go through all of that, you gotta self image issue. I guess he don't feel good enough to have a woman want to only be with him.

I mean, all she gotta do is drive to the mall and have another dude pick her up or catch a cab to said dudes house anyway. If she smart about cheating, she not gonna want her car sitting parked in unfamiliar residential places to begin with.

I gotta lojack on my ride but my chic aint whippin it.

honestly, it sounds easier to just not be in a relationship with that person if you have to do all of that bullshit.

Her car can get stolen too. Or one of the kids could drive it somewhere.
