Juggs. When Gladiator gives it his all and can't move/hurt Juggs, he loses confidence quickly and then Juggs smacks him down. Even at full power Glads would lose.

Once Gladiator sees that he's not putting a dent in Juggernaut, hid confidence will start to drop, and so will his power levels, which will let Juggernaut get the K.O.
