well we had a conversation about the shit this morning...shit's common sense to me...

zimmerman claims self defense...right?

ok...so shouldn't trayvon have the right to defend himself as well?

a gun shot kills a person. and zimmerman felt killing trayvon was the only way to defend himself.

however he stalked and confronted trayvon..and he defended himself using just his hands. even if the beating was "excessive" according to zimmerman, trayvon was still attempting to disable zimmerman enough to be able to escape him, which he obviously didn't do a well enough job considering zimmerman was able body enough to draw and fire his weapon...

i think zimmerman's whole self defense story his full of holes, and shouldn't be taken seriously especialy if you're not going to acknowledge trayvonn's right to defend himself as well

The bolded hasn't been established, and the underlined is subjective; but either party would have the right to defend themselves.

Treyvon could defend himself from what he considered to be stalking by an armed man.

And Zimmerman could defend himself from what he considered a beating by Treyvon.

Had Treyvon killed Zimmerman, it'd be well withing his right to claim self-defense.

Florida law allows the aggressor to use deadly force; so even if Zimmerman confronted Treyvon, he can still claim self-defense.

I've said this SO MANY times since they announced what charges were going to be filed. It's going to be hell trying to prove intent, which is the key to prove MURDER. They have him dead to rights on manslaughter, but the prosecution caved in to the blood thirsty mob mentality wanting Zim's head and decided to swing for the fences.

Hope they're right. Don't think they will be in the end, and this dick will walk free.
