It was hard for me to vote cause I mean let's be honest he ain't the same Wayne that he was back when he was screaming out he was the best rapper alive.. but I tried to look at it as he gave us some good shit.. and a lot of it in my opinion is timeless, especially when it came to the mixtapes. So that's why I couldn't hit wack on the polls.
