Its cool they show you step by step how they did the covers for Chopper City In The Ghetto & 400 Degreez

and check Juicy J out back in the g lol, that look like it was around the time "When The Smoke Clears" dropped

How you the one who designed a cover for P album Ice Cream Man and not realize Tre8

was sendin subliminals on his cover were he blowin up a ice cream truck lol tryna play dumb when he showed up

but Pen & Pixel is tha GOAT graphic design company in hip hop
 
Pen & Pixel had the GOAT album covers. Always was mad intrigued by the COMING SOON covers on the back of No Limit albums. Had me rockin mysilver chain like I was really bout it lol

I now know they did a few of E40 albums. I bet if i thought about it could point out a few more bay albums they did. They was more poppin than just in the south.
 
yeah they were doin designs all over america

a good percentage of hit album covers between '97-'00 were done by pen n pixel

im not even sure i know that was the last major crash tho so it prob was
 
Maaaaaaan 90% of them covers were tacky as fuck lmao, lets just keep it all the way G. classic tapes no doubt, but them covers were hilariously over the top. Well deserved doc tho, they definitely had a signature style.
