Yep. I've been in the situation and had plenty black women behind me when I got fired from the plant. Me and the superintendent had an "altercation", they didn't even see what happened and they petitioned to have me reinstated and moved to where they were.

Most of them were older, a few were my age. Without even knowing the particulars they figured it was racial because he was known to them to be that type of cracker.
