People could be charged for virtual flashing people?

Sending unsolicited pics of the sexual nature? Let's me honest tho only males would get caught up in those charges but think of all the pics of dicks woman are unwillingly subjected to. I mean it's not a jacket they open but a DM which basically the same except for they can't run over and touch you with it ACK! But what if someone could get reported for it and after they rack up a few reports they can be fined or something?

The laws are getting plentiful the more we progress, everyday we find something we shouldn't be doing to each other and want to create a law against it.

Shit must have been so simple back in the day, look at the sky, look at the ground, go to bed.

Probably, they may consider it to be too much work atm, but

@ the bold, I'm not a woman, so I have no idea how big of a problem unsolicited dick pics are from them.

Have you sent unasked for dick pics?

So dudes just be sending random dick picks? Ive had other women tell me this before too but its always hard to believe. Like what do dudes think a random dick pick gonna accomplish? Shits hilarious and sad.

No. In the US, the 14th Amendment requires all 50 states to guarantee equal protection under the law for all citizens. Applied to something like this, it would mean that a man that receives unsolicited nudes from a woman would also require that she is prosecuted in the same manner as a man would be. All it would take is a man willing to push the case all the way to the Supreme Court ('cause it's gonna get shot down all the way up). By the time that happens, enough noise would likely be made about the inequalities in sentencing between men and women who commit the same crime, thinkpieces written about it, etc that the law would probably be repealed.

Matter of fact change ya number if there is a crime for the number that sends u a inappropriate pic then it should be investigated how said number got on your phone in the first place

How many men would complain about getting nudes tho? Unless she ugly as all hell. I think if a law was formed it could work for both men and women just most men would be beating off to them not reporting them.

But what if at one point they became acquainted but he was actually a perv in disguise and likes to "flash" unsuspecting girls?

I would never support some bullshit law like this.

There's no law against junk mail / prank-calling. What's the big difference ?

If its not ok dont put up with it. Get acquainted with a new number

Lol @ thinking the justice system gives a fuck about inequalities between men and women.

Bruh a woman will get half the time as you for the same crime without anyone batting an eye.

All that equality shit goes out the window when it comes to sentencing.

That's neither here nor there. The point would still stand that a woman sending unsolicited nudes would, in fact, be guilty of the same crime a man would be for sending dick pics. What would have to happen would be someone to press the issue by pressing charges. Even if it didn't bother him in the slightest that he received nudes it would be presented to authorities as if it did. If she's acquitted of the same law a precedent would be set whereby men in the same jurisdiction would be able to cite that case as reason not to be prosecuted. If the state still prosecutes men for it despite having case law exonerating a woman for the same crime under similar circumstances, then they can take it up the chain until it reaches the SCOTUS.

Right now, the majority of states have flashing/indecent exposure laws on the books that don't really specify a sex of the perpetrator (Michigan, however, does clearly call out men). However in practice a woman flashing her tits or walking down the block naked would likely get reprimanded by a cop instead of being arrested and even in cases where she is arrested her charges would likely be reduced to something like being a public nuisance or some shit whereas a man will be arrested 99.9999% of the time and a charge of indecent exposure will stick and will cause him to be added to the sex offender registry for that conviction.

It's the same as the whole "drunk sex=rape" shit where a man is legally too drunk to consent to having sex with a sober woman: Technically the law protects both men and women of this crime, however in practice only women are realistically able to bring charges against a man that has sex with her while she's drunk, even when both parties are clearly too drunk to consent. It will take a few men to come forward and press charges against women that have committed this crime and have the female defendants acquitted in order to create case law precedent absolving people of the same supposed crime.

Fuck women and any laws but around or for them. Keep em at the bottom. Men seem like we care ( all colors) but just want em to shut the fuck up.
